Start with care. 01 ROOT is the everyday shampoo; 02 KRYO is the cooling alternative. Both are followed by 03 STRUKT. Then choose your finish: CLAY for matte texture, GLOS for polish, LOCK for firm hold, SALZ for volume and movement, or KREAM for flexible structure with gloss.

Two VERO products used in a set order: one to begin, one to finish. There are six protocols across care and style. Each product also works on its own.

CLAY is matte and textured. GLOS is polished and high-shine. LOCK is firm hold. SALZ adds volume and movement. KREAM gives structured, flexible control with gloss.

Yes. Follow the protocol order: the product that prepares the hair first, then the one that finishes it. SALZ pairs with CLAY or KREAM; GLOS pairs with KREAM or LOCK.

The care products are designed for regular cleansing and conditioning. Styling products can be used whenever you style. Follow the directions on the label.

ROOT, KRYO and STRUKT are 350 ml. CLAY, GLOS and LOCK are 100 g. SALZ and KREAM are 150 ml. One size each.

The formulas are developed in Köln, Germany and manufactured for The Vero Group OPC. The full ingredient list for each product appears on its product page and label.

Checkout is completed in Philippine pesos. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay.

If it has not shipped, email hello@verolab.co with your order number as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, the returns policy applies.

Within the Philippines at launch. The checkout will not accept an address outside the Philippines.

Orders are prepared within two working days of payment. After handover to the courier, delivery typically takes two to four working days in Metro Manila and four to eight for provincial addresses. These are estimates; tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Sealed, unopened products can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Email hello@verolab.co within seven days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the next steps. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten working days of receiving the return.
